My family had a great experience here. We were able to browse without anyone pressuring us. Our salesperson, Dee, was informative and friendly. Perhaps most importantly, we were able to purchase the recliner we wanted and bring it home the same day instead of having to wait for it to be ordered.
Dee was awesome. I'm older; was looking for leather recliner. I called; she took the time text me pictures; chose the one I wanted. Paid for it over phone and delivered on time. Delivery fellas were nice and great too. I highly recommend Jordan Furniture and especially Dee.
The lady who took care of me was very nice and knowledgeable. She took time to explain things to me and gave me plenty of time to look around and to decide on things that I was interested in. She was not pushy at all. These people have very nice furniture at very good prices.
I love Jordan's. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable and willing to help. Expect to be greeted at the door like all furniture places, but then actually be left alone. They are willing to help but respect your space which is a nice change over many furniture stores. Not the cheapest in town but maybe the best quality.
